Floral Image reserves its right to vary its CMS, and if it does, it will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that that CMS complies with ISO 27001 and local data protection regulations.
4.4 Floral Image will take all reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information if it is no longer needed for the purposes of providing our services to you and where Floral Image is not required to retain that information by law or for record-keeping purposes (generally up to seven years)
